I like this site too.
I have one of my own languages up there. http://esolangs.org/wiki/Derplang

The goal was to create a language that is somewhat confusing and hard to remember, and to give Hobbyist Programmers a fresh new way to travel their text editor. This is because a derplang script must be all on one line, so that you have to scroll left and right, instead of up and down.

Does your programming language :-

1. Have a parser ?
2. Have a lexical analyzer ?
3. follows Regular Grammar or CFG or any of the four categories of grammar namely (type 1 , type 2 , type 3, type 4).
4. What kind of parsing approach it has left to right or the reverse ?
5. Does it have code generation or code optimization ?
6. How does your language manages the memory ?

In the wiki entry there is a link to Jesse's github project. You should have a look at it. It will answer your questions.

It has a very simple lua interpreter. It loads all of the code into memory at once, making it impossible to execute large projects.

Lexical analysis is only this part (seeing the simple syntax of the language it is just natural that not more is required):

t = file_txtplit(":") -- Splits string into table

I think it is a programming language, but a very simple one.

Grammar types by Chomsky go from 0 to 3, not 1 to 4.
It is a regular grammar (type 3)

Yes I had visited the github link but I didn't browsed everything.

But next year somethings special is gonna come out special. Maybe a simple one. Very simple one but still It will follow all the semantics. Atleast it will follow all the rules of a compiler design. I am studying hard and I will do something. Though I am not a good programmer still I will try to make as much optimization as i can.

I don't know, but I also think that this is irrelevant to @"Feurex"' question whether it is a programming language at all.
