What host would you recommend? #1
Every time I get a domain I buy them from namecheap, which my account is now suspended and I can't get my card off of there. So now I'm forced to use a different host to buy domains.

What host do you use when you buy domains? I want to find out what other hosts are like without having to buy something from them just to know how good their service is. I preferably like cheaper services but as long as the prices aren't way up there, I don't care.

If I see anyone say crazydomains, you're getting swooxed. Swatted + rooted + doxed

Yeah, I was thinking godaddy too. Their domains are pretty cheap compared to others.

Just if you find a really good OG domain, don't search it on godaddy unless you're ready to buy it that very second, they've built up a reputation for looking at domains people search, buying the good ones and trying to sell them for £100's or sometimes even £1000's when the person goes back to buy them later on.

I couldn't bring myself to remove the hood classic above, enjoy it as a time capsule.

I didn't know this. I've searched up a domain that I'm planning to buy in the near future...

OT: I'd say go with godaddy for domains.

If you want, as long as it is cheap, I'd be willing to secure it for you and then you can just pay me back in the future.

Not right now, but thanks for the offer. I'll keep it in mind.

They only usually do it with really OG ones they see searched and untaken that they know are likely to sell at a high value if they hold on to them for a while. They bought a few OG's I found a while back before I had time too, and it showed godaddy on the whois on all of them, has happened to 100's if not 1000's more people too. I even knew someone once who went to buy an OG domain, decided he'd buy it next week when he had some cash in the bank, he went to buy it a week later and it was taken, a few days later I shit you not, godaddy sent him an email offering him the domain for $1300.
