Can't you go through a payment provider like PayPal? If not, just set up a revolut account and load some money into it. It's quick to setup and useful for other things.

Can't the store match the same Paypal email that was used for both orders?

That’s another good point - I believe you must change:
Name
Address
Billing address
Email
Phone number

The billing address is probably the hardest because I believe when you order something to an address different to the provided billing address, this is their first red flag for a fraudulent order. Perhaps not on an aged account where possible with a retailer

Some online merchants may require you to have the billing match with the shipping which is strange.
