What company is the easiest to SE using the serial umber method?

I want to know what are some easiest companies to SE by registering the serial number then complaining it does not work and thanks. Have a BLESSED day.

The IRS. You make sure you cross over into El Paso, then jump the first guy you see, take the SSC out of his wallet and then file his tax returns.
