I play a lot of Grand Strategy Games. I would recommend any Paradox game. Out of all of them, I have only played Stellaris & Hearts of Iron 4. They're both great games. They do have a big learning curve though. And if you're looking for a mobile game, definitely play Azur Lane. It's by far the best mobile anime game I've ever played.

For firearms, Girls' Frontline.
For naval vessels, Azur Lane.
For fantasy, Epic Seven.

Fate/Grand Order has the most abysmal gacha rates of the games mentioned.
