Title.
I looked at the capital one VCC and I think it forces you to use the same name as on the credit card.
Can anyone vouch for a good VCC service for SE?

seems like need to be US resident here.
I am a EU resident and wondering what can i use to pay for US stores that require US billing and CC? Can you give an advise here? Same goes for UK as they decided that EU are not their friends anymore)

It's been around for a while, but Is now under the name of IronVest.
