This is really unorganized. Here's my two cents

I think we should have 2 threads every week. One for the discussion/questions and the theme and info. The second thread for voting. After it's done, you can just close both threads then rinse and repeat.

Have a poll system. It might be easier to get more people to vote with that instead of commenting.

Drop the graphics on the thread. Honestly, it looks bad and the fonts are hard to read. The various sizes and colors and make it difficult for me to stay focused while reading it.

Don't have all the the info and voting for each week on the same thread. It's very confusing. One thread can be "Entry and Discussion" while the other can be "Voting"

I agree with Nam Duong, especially about needing new threads for each new contest. To be honest I probably wouldn't have even realized there was a second one going and doing it all in one thread will just get confusing.
