Hi,

Weekday is a part of H&M . Evri guy delivered the parcel to my neighbour. I didn’t ask for this. No door number is visible. The photo just shows my neighbour accepting the parcel.
Evri guy entered received by neighbour and their Initials and house number as well.

Now Weekday emailed me that Evri informed us that your parcel has been delivered to your neighbour.

I want to DNA this . Please suggest how it will work. What should I say to them on live chat ?

Unless your neighbour Is a good friend and will support your SE, It's not good practice to get them Involved.

But the picture only shows the neighbours legs. Her door number is also not visible in the picture. It could be anybody ! I have just moved into this place so I don’t even know her name.

Unless your neighbour Is a good friend and will support your SE, It's not good practice to get them Involved.

It doesn’t tell anything. It shows a lady’s Pajama and the parcel lying on the floor and her hand streching towards it to pick it up.

But I didn’t ask her to accept the parcel . It’s just the Evri guy was banging my door as he knew I was inside and not opening the door purposely. It’s because I claimed DNA Evri last week when he just left the parcel at my door.

I understand that, but your actions by way of hitting the DNA will Impact your neighbour - regardless of whether or not she was asked to accept the package.

It's a different story If you had no Idea where your package was delivered.

Don't involve neighbours full stop. Return legit and order again. If you are expecting a parcel you can stick a post it note on your door not to leave parcels with neighbours. Evri will usually then just leave it in a 'safe space' and you get an easy DNA.
