Try amazon or bestbuy, usually pretty easy for me. Good luck!

As said, Amazon are pretty simple to SE Items of that value.

Unless there's cause to warrant an Investigation, It should go smoothly.

I can't really use Amazon i don't think. I don't want to push my luck and i have already received an email saying that there has been a high volume of refunds for item not in box from my account and/or accounts related to the account i use. I really want to set up a new account but i don't have a different address to use. IP Address isn't a problem as i could just keep connecting to my 4G but unsure if i can get online Amazon chat via a smart phone.

Instead of using a VPN you could use proxies for more ip's, this is as there are many more proxies than there are VPN servers so its harder for Amazon to detect(unless I'm missing something).

As for needing more addresses you could use a drop, use Amazon lockers, use a reship, ask a friend or family member to order something there, or you could put in your neighbors address then go over to your neighbor and say you accidentally put in the wrong address(although don't do this more than once per neighbor as they may get suspicious, or you may get their address blacklisted.)

Remember to clear your cookies as your account can also be tracked by this. I believe you can use CCleaner and Bleachbit to clean them, however, I have a chrome addon called Cookie AutoDelete which clears your cookies every minute or so.

Your payment option may also be blacklisted, to avoid this you can buy gift cards and use them or be cautious of which information you use in which accounts and how many times for refunds and/or legitimate purchases.

Tether the connection on your cell phone (use It as a Hotspot), and connect your PC thereafter.

Navigate to Amazon as per normal.
