Hi i am running online web-development business in USA, and i only get just up to 50 visitors everyday. I have 500k valid gmail accounts and i wonder is it good idea to spam all of them with my site to get some results or theres any other "dirty way" to get more visitors. Of course i have valid meta tags, description and etc.

Don't do blackhat SEO. That's going to get them blacklisted from Google. Do that to the wrong person and you're company will be in the ground.
For someone who has an online web development company, you should really know this.
Study SEO.
It's VERY important when you have a web development company.
My uncle owns a huge web development company, and he's always stressing SEO.

Hi OP:
I think there's no sense in using your Gmail accounts to lead traffic to your website if you are the only one to visit your website.
There are many types of traffic, namely Direct, Referral, Social Media, E-Mail, Organic. If you are running a Web-Dev company, your competition is really, really great and you need serious contents that is beyond self-promotion to show that you are knowledgeable and you are an expert in your field.
In the contrary in what Alex Benoit said, doing stupid black hat methods really suck and don't work anymore. As well as pure white hat. And to be honest, both white hat and black hat methods face the same consequences when Google updates their algorithms, or even just refresh their data.
If you want to win with SEO, try focus on your content, prove that you are an expert in your field by providing people contents that educates them. If you are going to play by Google's rules, you will have their mercy and won't have any results either, stop following what their book has to say. Just do something for the sake of your website and ask yourself if what you are doing makes sense.
Doing extensive keyword research and writing a content that makes sense around the theme of the keyword will bring you closer to page 1 results <9. Try to pick the keywords that has lesser competition and take it from there.
