Hi, I'm looking to refund this beanbag chair from Wayfair. Anyone know what method I should use? I've hear Wayfair is easy  with the damaged item method. Also, I was searching through this forum, and I saw this post. Does anyone know if this method is still active, and if it would work for the chair? Also does anyone have any other methods they know of that also work? TIA

Unless of course, the Instant refund hasn't been patched.

Thanks, do you know what the process for Wayfair DNA’s usually is? I know Amazon usually expects a police report, what should I expect for Wayfair?

Generally speaking, Wayfair will usually ask to check with the neighbors and wait around 6 days to see If the package arrives.

They may also ask to contact the carrier, but It's their job to do so.

Forgot to update, sorry about that. I didn’t see it so I guess the auto-refund got patched, or maybe I bought a flagged item, but anyhow, I ended up calling them and a quick DNA got the refund. Thanks!
