Wayfair In Depth Question 02-11-2022, 10:00 AM

Hello, I spent the entire night researching on multiple platforms and came across many Wayfair Guides, however they all lack detail. Hopefully the answers here provided will help people who have the same concerns as I do.
Personally I SEd many stores, in my case I have multiple items in the cart, 9 of them are Ground and the other 2 are "free basic outdoor drop off" totaling 12K - I understand I have to wait until all are delivered and then start the process by reporting them as damaged. I've seen a few refunders saying "only ground items". Another few say "freight works too".
My question is, can I use the damaged method for both Ground and free basic outdoor drop off ? I attached an image of the cart in question. And if its not automated and requires to contact the agent or use a mix of DNA, Damaged etc. , wouldnt it be sus claiming all items ?
And its a fresh account.
Hopefully answers come in and people get the right idea here based on this example.
Thanks in advance ;-)
