I ordered a rather large, expensive item from Wayfair and went through the process of claiming it was very damaged. On this particular item, they want me to return it. I've been pretty persistent but they really want it back. Should I just take the L and try to get the item elsewhere?

I don't feel comfortable sharing the exact item details. It was a large, heavy, expensive item in multiple packages. I suspect it might have been dropshipped from the manufacturer. I insisted that the item was severely damaged and the boxes were totally crushed, and I couldn't return the items back myself. They arranged a pickup and said they would send boxes.
