Yeah right after I get back in the grove of HTML and CSS I'll be jumping into PHP.

I learnt PHP first and then HTML/CSS after.

I probably would have been like that now but I learned HTML/CSS a few months ago.

I would figure out exactly what you want to make, it's very difficult to keep up drive to lean how to code if you don't have an end goal in mind, the saying goes "Why keep running if there's no finish line?" There needs to be some milestone set to keep your drive up. I'd recommend figuring out a project that you want to make, one that you'll use so you'll really want to make it, that will be your drive to learn more. And don't just try to tackle everything at once, just open VS and make the project and just start writing code. As you hit roadblocks of not knowing what to do, research and figure out how, don't just google the whole project, as much as you'll want to you'll never learn from it. I myself have been wanting to learn MASM32 for the longest time, but now that I've actually gone an purchased a Raspberry Pi Zero I've finally found a drive to actually learn it and take it step by step. I'd also recommend straying away from C# as from personal experience VB.Net is easier for syntax usage and is allot more intuitive with how it all works. I'm not saying use VB.Net until you die, as C# is very similar to C++/C languages making it easy to transition into, I'm just saying take it slow and enter into VB.Net first to understand the just of things. From there understanding all the extra things that C# does will be super easy. Plus you have people like me around for VB.Net, so if you ever have a problem you can post in the VB section or PM me and I'll be glad to help Smile

Along with web you may want to learn SQL. I'm learning HTML, CSS, PHP, and SQL and they all tie together so it's definitely worth it.

Lately I've been feeling more motivated than usual and I thought it would good to seek out advice from others are already experienced. As of right now I'm wanting to get into Web Development (I know the basics of HTML and CSS just haven't messed with them in awhile)  and C# which I've been learning through game development. Basically I'm asking is there any tips or resources you can give a newbie like me?

Ignore everyone. The most important thing to a website is front end development. Most sites you'll create won't need PhP and if they do it'll be small and very hard to make vulnerable...

Learn HTML and Css strongly then move onto JavaScript and jq..

Don't resort to js and jq to do animations and simple things you can with CSS, CSs is faster and cleaner.

I disagree, most functional sites require PHP. It's fine making it look all pretty but it won't be able to do anything.

Define functional. Apple.com is all front end except their support which is obviously php to be able to do things like that..

Functional as in Contact Forms, Store finder, Shopping carts, Purchasing, every form on the site and everything else.
