I recently did a se for $870 Walmart no pr. It's all about how you speak to the rep and how believable your story is. Sound panicked helps.

If it has a signature it’s a no go. And even if u do get refunded walmart will realize the mistake and rebill you. You can counter this by using paypal or some sort of temp card.
