Hello!

i ordered a high valued desktop PC from walmart, with the intention of swapping components and returning it in-store (sealed box), however the delivery happened at night (9pm), driver jsut dumped the box open on my porch and never required a signature. I was surprised to see the box was actually cut open but nothing was missing from it.

I am considering changing my plan to ask for a replacement unit, as this one clearly seems tampered with (wink wink) and then proceed with the original plan afterwards. any opinions or counter indications?

Why not just dna? Would work too because there’s no evidence it was you who took the package.

Or maybe, take the pieces from this one, ask for a replacement cause it's been tampered with, refuse the delivery of the second one and get an automatic refund?

with SB on the second it's effectively a double dip + refund, wich was my thinking. but your way would work as well.

I mostly wanted to avoid getting my account flagged while maximizing my returns for this order
