Walmart Partial refund 11-13-2018, 05:11 PM

I was thinking of buying a pair of airpods and another cheaper item like a phone car stand and say that the car stand only arrived and try to get a refund for the airpods. How likely is this to work for Walmart?

You will fail, walmart will not issue any refund or replacement for Apple products

I have a legitimate claim with them and they're being a huge pain in my ass (I posted a thread about it yesterday, actually) and if what @
TerabyteGuy says is true I would look elsewhere. It seems like they are really tight-ass anyway.
Additionally, you run the risk of it coming in a separate box all together which would throw a wrench in your whole plan, turning it into a DNA and most likely an investigation, which isn't a big deal but I'd save a DNA and potential investigation for something a little bigger than some airpods... lest you piss of your courier and get blacklisted over something stupid

Those type of process will be escalated directly to tier 2 anything that has to do with Apple if it’s by any means lost or you don’t received it, including wrong item or missing from the box , will involve a police report so be prepared with one if you will try to do it, I know this since I worked for tier 1 and got a ton out of Iphones from them lol
Also tier 2 response timeframe it’s a LOT around 5 business days , and they can only be reached out by email in this type of escalations
