yea i was skeptical of trying eb as the return policy for airpods says to contact the manufacturer with any problems and final sale even sealed, besides that the chat went smooth they asked about checking with the neighbours and I said I did. After that i got the refund message funds hit my account abit ago

EB does work for Airpods btw. Good job though.

Well done.
When they ask to check with family members, neighbours etc, they're not sure whether the package was delivered correctly - which Is an Indication of a successful DNA.
