Yes.
You're not supposed to know that the package arrived, so as far as you're concerned, you've waited an entire day and contacted the company the following day.

Yes, and with Amazon I usually wait 2 days.
The body exists only to verify one's own existence.

Depending on the company, sometimes they actually tell you to wait ex-amount of days to see whether the package will arrive.

It doesn't look like the pandemic will be under control anytime soon, so I assume It will still remain as such with Amazon.
