Hi guys.
Trying to SE shoes in one shoe shop, not popular even in my country (efootwear).
I have received two packages, one for me and one for my friend. Both have return label inside of the package and also paper with information about return. There is only code of the package on this paper.
When I will contact customer service, should I say I don't have any papers inside, or should I use my, or one my friend received ?

UPD. They sent new label. So will wait for refund.
