I got two items of about 3kg each with a weight difference of 285g.

(Lighter item + packaging weighs the same as the heavier one without packaging. So I screwed up my research.)

Is this WIR a bust? Or is it worth increasing the lighter item's weight by around 150g? I could for example stuff steel wire into the box.

edit: My account status is fine, but can't take unreasonable risks.
