Just looking for thoughts on whether anyone thinks this would work

So, say I order a pickup order from my local W@lmart and after removing the airpods and just the AirPods. 

I would claim MEB in person at customer service hut. obviously I would not say MEB as I would act innocent and clueless. Does this have a chance to succeed? Stressed
I kill large retailers, by kill I mean legally obtain all of their products through legitimate purchases.
