Can anyone recommend an E-book on learning C++ in Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Express?

Why specifically Miscrosoft C++ 2010 Express?
I mean an IDE doesn't make that huge of a difference.
I found C++ Primer(5th edition) to be really good but that doesn't mean you will enjoy it too.
In the end it comes to personal preference, try some high rated ebooks.

I think c++ primers are good books, i recommend reading those.
