In all honesty, the real question is what can't you improve. Sorry, I really dislike this.

Remove text from the background (except where the lines are going though)
Change forum Category header color so it's not all the same color.

It's not bad at all, just add more color because it looks bland.

It looks way too blocky if you know what I mean. It just doesn't flow well to me. Feel like I'm on Windows 95 or something.
