And yeah it would work if I was looking to get a refund on the perfume only, but since the mailer was plastic it wouldn’t be able to leak through.

I received no communication during the investigation, when I messaged them asking how long it would take they said maximum 4 days. After about 6 days I got no updates so I talked to them through live chat again. Person didn’t ask any questions just refunded me
