I have both NordVPN & ExpressVPN running for quite a while, and It's somewhat difficult to differentiate the better of the two.

I'd say ExpressVPN Is more stable, but In terms of functionality and serving their purpose effectively, they're on par.

Do ExpressVPN save any data logs?

It does not store logs (so they say), but It does keep track of each server you're connected to at the time, Inclusive of your user account.

When a DNS Leak happens, It will expose your ISP's details.

A lot of VPNs do have DNS leak protection, and It should be one of the first things to enable upon Installation.
