Can someone please tell me if a vcc allows you to bypass the restrictions of a bank? For example, I want to connect my u19 bank to a abine account and through the abine account, I want to make purchases on a betting site. Can I bypass the gambling restrictions? Really in need of help.

Lloyds gambling restrictions. Can I use a vcc to bypass the restrictions or will it still say the same thing?
