He didn't "make Skype". He used the Skype API to code a client.

I would take it that to use this skype has to be somewhat running in the background in order for it to pull information and send information to and from the actual skype process.

Anyways decent release I will download it and maybe make some skype exploits.

Yeah thats what i meant too,,he made skype out of vb.net..same thing as he made skype client..lol
