I was given the PSD for the userbar from Wonders.

So any and all groups that need a site-matching UB,
PM me and I'll make it to your specifications.

I really hate the userbar template. It is very strait forward and lacks creative aspects. I tried different ways to make it look similar but everything I do is off.
