As incentive to upgrade, in form of an investment towards activity, maybe it would be considerable for the payout of NSP to increase per upgrade tier.

It doesn't have to be a significant increase of rate taking in consideration of inflation in the NSP economy. However, I think a +.5~+1 NSP payout rate increase would not negatively affect the value of NSP.

I.E. ~ All Members' NSP Payout Per Post is 1 currently

For Bronze maybe incrsease it to 1.5
For Silver 2
For Gold 2.5
For Plat 3
For Diamond 4

Just a thought. Values will obviously be set as appropriate by [@Oni], and I think he'll also change the rest of the payout rates accordingly ~ (per reply/new thread)

I think this brings incentive for activity and ultimately, upgrades.

It also counteracts "spamming", because paying to spam seems improbable.

This would only make the rich richer. Diamond members don't need excess NSP. Wouldn't make sense, especially the way we sell NSP.
