Universal Android Debloater is exactly what the name suggests. It should enable you to remove pre-installed apps that come with a new android device.
It also has the function to remove system and Google apps. Note that system apps can only fully be removed with root.

I am not the creator of the app, I just came across it while looking for exactly this type of application.
The full T&C, how to, what to and what not to is available on the Github developers page what you can access here.

Some features as mentioned on the site is:

- Uninstall/Disable and Restore/Enable system packages
- Multi-user support (e.g apps in work profiles)
- Export/Import your selection in uad_exported_selection.txt
- Multi-device support: you can connect multiple phones at the same time
- All your actions are logged so you never forget what you've done

Universal debloat lists

- GFAM (Google/Facebook/Amazon/Microsoft)
- AOSP
- Manufacturers (OEM)
- Mobile carriers
- Qualcomm / Mediatek / Miscellaneous

Please check the site for supported mobile devices, not that the app is restricted to only those mobile phones, as I have personally debloated a mobile device that is not in that list using this app without having any issues.

To use the application, you must have these steps in place:

- USB Debugging must be enabled
- ADB must be installed and accessible through the system PATH.
  For instructions on how to install it, check the website's "How to use it" section by clicking on this link.
- Download and run the UDB application. You can access the download page by clicking here and selecting "Assets" from the top block.
  Under assets, you will find different apps for different OS's consisting of two models of the application.
  It is recommended to use the standard app first and if you experience any visibility or alignment issues with that version, use the OpenGL version.
