Looks kind of cool, but it seems pretty foolish to call something "unhackable" when you aren't even done coding the OS and fixing the security.

I agree with the "unhackable" part, It's ridiculous to even suggest that It Is. Every device can be hacked. Period.

Why on earth It doesn't Include a headphone jack Is just plain silly. I always listen to music via my headphones. This phone would be completely useless to me without that.

I assume they say its unhackable because it probably can't be MITM'd if everything is encrypted but if it's running droid then surely it can be rooted? Either way I'll only give it a few weeks before it's hacked.

Reminds me of Apple where they basically advertised their computers as unable to get infected and the general public ate it up. Pretty unethical to some extent but takes advantage of the computer-illiterate.

I agree that a MITM attack will be very difficult to Intercept encrypted traffic.

If that's what they're referring to (or otherwise), perhaps they should state It rather than generalizing.

That's still the #1 reason I see clueless people buying macs for. They say something to the effect of "sure I had to spend a few hundred extra, but if I bought a PC I would have eventually spent that in virus protection anyway." It's really hard to reason with people like that, especially when CNN already says they're virus proof and they take that word over somebody who knows what they're talking about.

The equation Is pretty simple. "If It can be done, It can be undone".

Everything, and I mean everything, can be hacked. Whether It's via technical/hardware gateways or human manipulation via social engineering (or a combination of both), there's ALWAYS a way In.
