Exactly what it says. When a user is banned, either add a button to take you to the ban page and display that user is banned, or when they are display it on their profile.

In the Bans page, enter the username In the text field, select "Banned User" via the drop-down menu and hit Go.

It takes 10 seconds to complete the entire process.

Thanks Mothered. I think many of the average users miss the page links in the bottom right of the forum. Not that I think they should be moved, but it's not as obvious.

I kinda like the idea of it being displayed on the profile, since we are frequently asked "why did so-and-so get banned?". However, I'm not sure that would stop people asking xD

Maybe that would be a good suggestion for implementation? It's not exactly something I'd look forward to if I was upgrading. It seems a little too specific to me.
