I use Linux Mint as my main OS, I keep lives/backups of Lubuntu, Fedora, Tails and of course Kali.

I have a Ubuntu Live CD which I use for recovering files or re-installing an other OS. Apart from that I rarely use Ubuntu, never been my style really and is still pretty heavy on resources.
For people that are looking for an alternative for Windows and don't know anything about IT, Ubuntu is still doing fine though.

currently running a ubuntu setup with KDE plasma. it's relatively lightweight. not particularly in size, but it runs much smoother than both gnome and unity
