UPS Knocking on Door 08-28-2019, 08:09 PM

So I recently did a DNA on a $500 dollar order. And currently in investigation with UPS. UPS has called me and has knocked on my door. I've been ignoring the calls, and not answering the door in hopes that the investigation will just conclude. Is this the right way to go or should I open the door for them?

Just answer. They just want to confirm that you did not receive the items. Stick to your story and you'll be fine.

I think ignoring them would be a bad decision. If you disappear in the middle of any investigation, they'll be suspicious of you. I would just answer. And if they ask why you've been ignoring them, just tell them you have been busy lately.

Ignoring the carrier Is an admission of guilt.
As others have stated, simply answer the phone call/door.
