Morning,

Just a little information I wouldn't bother with Studio or The Fragrance Shop. The customer service is appalling so even a genuine refund is next to impossible let alone an SE!

Even trying to get in contact with these businesses is a pain in the arse.

Fragrance shop was pretty easy with smashed bottle for me. Was like 6 months back though.

Very is another, they have a very active fraud dept.

Pretty sure Argos do too, but I've only ever done SE stuff instore and not online

Buy what I wanted, returned a broken item in its place. Replaced 2 sets of headphones and countless PS5 controllers that way
