I was wondering what would the best method be for this particular item considering that an OTP will be required on delivery.

On the grounds you have a mature account, why not hit another company that only requires a signature on receipt of goods?

Would a EB work or should I go for wrong item delivered?

As per @BitPlayer's post above, use the wrong Item received method.
