The main thing Is, the claim Is still In progress. If they had reason to decline It, they would've done so by now.

You got very unlucky with a very stubborn rep. Normally you tell them that the ink of the pen has popped and you already threw them away and they'll replace it immediately.

But i don't care. Can't tell you about the pleasure although everyone of you had it in their first success.

But Russia unfortunately has a good reputation x) even though i think there has to be places and vulnerabilities where the name "Russia" can take better position.
