I've edited your first Image- as It revealed the name of the recipient (you). Also, when you conceal names etc, don't hide the exact characters. Judging by the font size, font type and the comma at the end, I can pinpoint the number of chars.

On topic, good work particularly with the excuse of a defective product. As such, companies tend to be more compliant.
