Tried to SE dazzlePro they asked for a vid that shows that the product doesn’t charge, would sending corrupt files work?

For future reference, send a corrupted file and when they request another (which they will), keep sending more (corrupted) files with different file formats and be polite and apologetic.

This will seem as though you're making every effort on your end to resolve the matter.

That's good to read.

That's the reason I advised to keep sending corrupted files- you're (apparently) making every effort to comply with their request. At the end of the day, they'll look at It from the consumers standpoint and take action accordingly, In this case, a replacement.
