I'll state the obvious and suggest to use the contact form again. More than likely you'll get a reply from another representative.

I've dealt with a representative of a Telco company who wouldn't budge, but I was adamant In fulfilling my SE and went through quite a few customer support reps until one of them caved In. This was performed over the phone over a 2 hour (Intermittent) period of being transferred, hanging up, calling back etc.

Alright, so basically you contact them by email and say your toothbrush has stopped working and that you've tried to replace the batteries.

You'll get something like the following email


Just give them your shipping address and the fake Amazon receipt of whatever product you've told them. I've personally done the Elite Sonic Toothbrush.



That's it, it's really easy. All you tell them it is not working anymore, you provide them the fake receipt and shipping information, that's it.

By the way, have any of you received tracking information yet? My order was placed 3 days ago and I have not yet received a shipping comfirmation.
