Tips

• Certain items are flagged and will cause manual review, if your order is pending for more than 4 days you most likely ordered a flagged (highly fraud) item. Examples include: Cuisinart, KitchenAid, Paula Deen
  
• You can get away most of the time with simply initiating a return and picking certain options will lead you to getting a refund without returning the item

I haven't tried as of late, but I know of a few SE'ers who've criticized It as recent as a few weeks ago.

It may be an Indication It's patched, or their claims management has tightened.
