Decided that this method is decently well for getting Visa VCC's.
Note these VCC's don't work for everything, but hey its free right? Most
of you might already know this method, but this is for those who don't
and are needing a chance get to one. Just follow the tutorial and you'll
be fine, post below if you have any questions. The quality isn't the best,
so if you can't see it very well just click the YouTube option on the video
and it will redirect you to display the same video on youtube in a higher
resolution. Enjoy the tutorial, you can do what ever you want with it.

It works for taking the limit off of your Paypal, and I assume it works for allot of other websites also. I haven't had any problems with it so far, I mean this isn't a private method. So I guess its decent enough as its free and pretty easy to create.

Pretty sure they are. I believe they'd be used to verify Paypal accounts.
