Go to Tile's Website and open up a livechat

Step 2.
Start chatting with the reps and tell them your Tile won't ring anymore (battery might be dead).

Step 3.
Do their troubleshoot steps.

Step 4.
Give them your email, they will follow it up with you there.

Step 5.
Now continue over email, give them your address.

Wait for the shipping confirmation.
That's it.

They didn’t ask why you don’t have an account and when you bought it? They have horrible customer service from the reviews I read when I was shopping for one. The batteries are only supposed to last like a year and then you have to replace it.

Do you have to have a S/N for the product or you just email them and they don't ask for PoP or such?

I'm at a loss as to the simplicity (and gullibility) of their representatives.

This clearly demonstrates the fact that SEing Is predominantly exploiting the human firewall, as opposed to the company per se.
