Requirements:
- Roku 2 XD Serial (generate from the program)
- Amazon Receipt Generator
- A brain

Step 1:
Go to Roku's support page and live chat. Enter in all your real information. Link: http://support.roku.com/home#

Step 2:
Say that your Roku is not showing up on the TV, and that you have tried to reset the device, HDMI and RCA, and a new power adapter from a friend and none of those worked. They will ask when you bought the Roku, say a date past a month ago. For example, if today is the 10th of December, say November 2nd. If they say to contact Amazon, say you already did and they said to contact Roku since the date is past a month. They will also ask for the serial (generate with program) and the model #. If it's a Roku 2 XD, the model# is: 3050R.

Step 3:

Step 4:
They will ship out another Roku. Keep the Roku 2 XD and enjoy.

Btw, they won't even bother asking for it back really. Their replacement team is lazy as fuck.
