For general info let me share a recent thing i did.

Renovating my basement I had purchased a shower glass door from an online auction quiet some time ago for dirt cheap, recently when I opened it I saw it was missing the frame and only contained the two glass panels and some hardware i couldn't do much with since it was missing the frame - I went on the Rona website and ordered a very expensive glass shower door, different company and completely different look. Once it arrived I installed it and put the Glass door from the auction in the new box, taped it tight and took it to the store straight to customer service and returned it. Reason for return ? Missing frame. Refund issued.

Another hit, I bought a stand up shower base from Kijiji for cheap, it was unused and white. Went on the Home Depot website and ordered a better model and much more expensive from the same brand in Black. Once it arrived, I put the one from Kijiji in the new box and returned it reasoning they sent me the wrong color. Refund Issued.
