Did they provide any tracking details or replacement? For me they just confirmed of replacement over the email but no tracking details has been given.

Personally, how it worked for me (Canada) They simply made me create an account and gave me a free one that I could order online through their website but I still got the "replacement" one with no accessories.

In my case they never sent a tracking via email, just arrived via DPD. They guys that bought the accessories, did you bought via Amazon o AliExpress? Which ones?

I bought the whole package through AliExpress personally, pretty sure that's the cheapest even with the shipping cost.

Re charging cables, it was a variant of the same technique both times. I explained I’d thrown away my charger when I’d been advised to dispose of my ‘device’ - that I’d kept my ‘accessories’ as requested but had assumed the charger was not deemed an accessory. The standard wording in their email makes no reference to the charger, which is an oversight by them really. First time was easy. Second time I had to push them a bit more. I’ll let you know how my next two go 😂😂
