Nisolo SE idea (shoes) 10-08-2023, 03:05 AM
#1
The following is 100% speculation. I have not tried this SE.
nisolo is a higher end shoe company that makes pretty good quality shoes.
They use Happy Returns for refunds and returns. Happy Returns is the same company gymshark uses and gmyshark is baby difficulty to SE.
They have a section on the website that addresses DNA:
"If it's been 3 business days and you still haven't received your package, please reach out to our Customer Experience team and they're happy to help from there. Our Customer Experience team is available Monday- Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm CST via email, chat and SMS."
So here are my 2 suggestions:
Safe SE:
Make your order, DNA, ask for a replacement, return them to happy refunds.
More risky double dip:
Same as above but use a VCC for rebill protection and box the return. Happy refunds is an in person deal, usually it's some random store and you get in line with the rest of the customers and take the return to the register, once they scan it in, instant refund. I've never had them check my returns.
Put some cheap shoes in the box, make sure they are the same type of shoe you are returning, (don't buy boots and try to return sandals) go to the store, wait until it gets busy, then get in line and do the return.
The cashier at Kohls doesn't know that the cheap shoes you are returning are not actually the Marco Everyday Chelsea Boots it says on the label and once they scan it in you get the refund.
