You need to do your own research if you want to find something that you believe is best, most answers from other people are biased,
you should see ALL recomendations you find as SECONDARY facts and truths, these will be your FUEL when doing your own research. OK?

I want to tell you my opinions and about things I do before chosing the best software for certain things.
For ecample, many of you cant decide which Antivirus or which VPN provider to chose, this is in my opinions.

* Most importantly: Do not chose a AV or VPN that you can see all aaround is recomended by affiliates!
What does this mean? It means that the companies pays the reviewer for recomending their shit,
which means the reviewer will in most cases tell you its awesome, that you should get it asap through their link to get commision.

Instead of spending valuable time asking around and searching for the right one for you, you should visit the ones you are interested in and
talk to the chat support asking questions you want answers to. I will give you examples.

What to ask a Hosting company?

1. How Long Have You Been in Business?
2. What Experience Do Your Technicians and Leaders Have?
3. Do You Offer Support for Scripts Installed Through the cPanel?
4. What Are Discounts for Paying Ahead?
5. How Often Is My Site Backed Up?
6. Where Is Your Home Base? Is Tech Support Also Located There or Outsourced?
7. Are There Any Setup Fees?
8. What Is Your Average Monthly Uptime?
9. How Do You Handle Downtime?
10. Are There Excess Bandwidth Charges?
11. How Many Customers Are on Each Server?
12. What Makes You the Best Choice?

Good Questions for a VPN provider:

Do you keep ANY logs which would allow you to match an IP-address and a time stamp to a user of your service?
Good answer: No.

Under what jurisdictions does your company operate?
Good Answer: Out of US, GB or any NATO affiliated countries if possible.

What tools are used to monitor and mitigate abuse?
GOod Answer: No monitoring

In the event you receive a DMCA takedown notice or European equivalent, what is done?
Good Answer: Account suspension, instead of log sharing. (which they should keep anyways)

What steps are taken when a valid court order requires you to identify an active user of your service?
Good Answer: Suspend user account instead of handing over logs or data.

Is BitTorrent and other file-sharing traffic allowed on all servers? If not, why?
Good Answer: Yes or Select servers are for P2P/etc.

Payment options?
Best would be BitCoin or Ethereum

What is the most secure VPN connection and encryption algorithm you would recommend to your users?
Good Answer: AES-256, RSA2048 or higher supported. Don’t use SHA1.

Prior to entering this thread, I thought It was referring to the "Windows" Services.

Just adding to this, In addition to asking, It's good practice to perform your own research on a given company/service. When "asking", some tell you what they want you to hear- just to get your business and/or your money.
