Needed to do this recently to get into a phone that was locked by a google account I didn't have access too.

You will need to first download the correct Firmware to the phone you are trying to flash. You can get the files needed for firmware from this site here
Samfw

You will then need a program called odin3 you can find the link to download odin3 below. You need to put your phone into DFU mode watch how to do so on Youtube for your specific android You will then need to extract your zipped firmware files and open Odin3. You then need to put the files into each category BL, AP, CP, CSC then you can press start to start the flash process and don't turn the phone off until finished. Its recommended to charge 60% before attempting this.
Odin3

Once you have flashed your phone and you are now at the setup screen your google lock will still be there unfortunately. But you can use a software called SamFw tool to completely remove it. When you open SamFw tool you will see its automatically on the FRP section which is what you need FRP is the google lock. You can select the option from the bottom 3 for free since we have  installed the newest firmware you can select Remove FRP (USA models 2024) to unlock it for free.

Lots of people say to use these software at your own risk as it can defiantly brick your device, However I did these steps and it worked. But do have caution of this possibility

usually if i restart it and/or go back a few times it works, i guess it depends on the device but samsung up to 2022 worked
